The facts that we found out in our research were shocking: four men, one bombing. Extremely scary. Lucy's dad gave us the lowdown on the protest and we learned a lot. There was not much evidence concerning this event, but it was of the utmost importance in the anti-war movement in Wisconsin.
Its impact was exactly what the offenders did not want. It actually made the anti-war movement smaller around the country. The bombers' treatment surprised me, and Mr. Smith. In fact, one of them works as a shopkeeper. During the attack, a physics researcher had been killed. This horrified Mr. Smith. Although The Sterling Hall bombing did not an effect to end the war going on in Vietnam, it did had an effect on ending the anti-war movement locally and nationally.
